Construction Cleanup
Contracted post construction cleaning services for new construction as well as remodels & renovations are available and tailored to fit your project’s specific needs. We work closely with the superintendents & project managers to ensure all cleaning requirements are completed to your and the tenant’s expectations, in a timely manner.
We offer a one time final clean as well as phase cleaning, if your project requires several cleans throughout the construction process.
Items covered include but are not limited to; wiping down of all surfaces to get rid of construction dust. Including floors, baseboards, countertops, inside and outside of cabinets, light fixtures, wall fixtures. Dusting blinds to remove construction dust, cleaning bathrooms; toilets, sinks, mirrors, tiles, dust mop and damp mop floors, vacuuming all carpeted areas.
Cleaning of interior and exterior windows and glass, scrubbing and waxing VCT flooring and carpet extraction, when needed.
Floor & Carpet Cleaning
Floor maintenance is crucial to your facilities appearance and overall cleanliness. Our floor and carpet technicians are thoroughly trained and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to stripping and waxing VCT flooring, buffing and burnishing for floor maintenance as well as full carpet extraction/cleaning and spot cleaning services.

Deep Clean & Electrostatic Disinfection
We offer deep cleaning services for when you need a little extra cleaning that reaches below the surfaces.
The electrostatic spraying machine gives an extra deep clean by cleaning the room air, all surfaces and high touch points to remove contaminants and germs due to COVID-19, Influenza, and The Common Cold.
